Ingredients | Beer Battered Rock Shrimp1 (8 ounce) package angel hair pasta1 ½ tablespoons olive oil1 onion, sliced2 cloves garlic, crushed1 teaspoon dried basil1 teaspoon dried oregano1 teaspoon dried parsley2 pounds shrimp, peeled and deveined1 (12 fluid ounce) can or bottle beer¼ teaspoon hot sauce (such as Frank's RedHot ®)salt and ground black pepper to taste2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese, or to taste1 pinch dried parsleyDirectionsBring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook angel hair in the boiling water, stirring occasionally until cooked through but firm to the bite, 4 to 5 minutes. Drain.Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat; cook and stir onion, garlic, basil, oregano, and 1 teaspoon parsley until onion is softened, 5 to 10 minutes.
